Shipping policy

UAE Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays in order processing around national / statutory holidays. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated lead times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Within the UAE, express shipping orders up to 5kg in weight will cost up to 20 AED per product brand. 

 

International Shipping

International shipping is now offered to Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. Shipping charges and estimated lead times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that all prices on the website exclude any taxes or duties outside the UAE. Therefore, if your country of residence charges any import duties or local taxes, then these additional charges are the customer's responsibility to pay at the time of delivery. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at play@padelshop.ae with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our shipping carriers do not support shipping to PO boxes. Therefore, please provide detailed shipping details such as Street Name, Building Name, Villa / Apartment Number, and Phone Number as a minimum.
